Refund and exchange policy

Our refund policy is simple. Refunds and exchanges will be issued on a case by case basis. 

If YOU mess it up, you own it. 
If it gets messed up in shipping, take pictures of before and after opening the package so we can more easily yell at who we need to.

If there's an issue with component quality, send us all of the information on the issue, with pictures, so we can yell at the vendors of that particular component as we need to. 

Quality and bang for your buck, while being visually pleasing, are what we do. We quality inspect all parts before assembly, as most will be made to order, (coupler colors, tubing colors, filter colors, etc.), but in a case where we miss something, IE: hairline crack in tubing not visible to the eye, we need to know so we can get with our vendor on that particular component about the defect.
